District Vocational Seminar – NEW HOPE IN A.I. ERA

On Saturday morning, 3rd October 2026, District Vocational Seminar was held with over 60 participants. We were honoured with distinguished speakers who shared insights, through keynote presentations and panel discussions, into the topic of “NEW HOPE IN A.I. ERA.” The day started with open remarks from District Governor Jimmy LAU and District Vocational Service Committee Chair, Past President Natalie KWOK.

After the coffee break came the highlight of the day: Past President Louis MA moderated an interactive panel discussion with our speakers. This session deepened participants’ understanding as the speakers exchanged higher-level knowledge. All speakers agreed that the industry has evolved and anticipated more changes ahead. In addition, regarding KOL marketing campaigns, all panellists agreed that human factors—specifically content creation and refinement—remain the single most critical element for success, with A.I. serving to support human originality.

We received much positive feedback about the event. Participants appreciated the structure, which provided a holistic overview of the value chain in KOL business opportunities. Once again, the District Vocational Service Committee is grateful for everyone’s support and hopes that all participants—including Rotarians, Rotaractors, and guests—found the seminar informative and practical.
