District Rotary Foundation Committee 2026-27

We are delighted to welcome the start of the new Rotary year and invite you to join hands with us to create lasting impact. First of all, we would like to introduce our District Rotary Foundation Committee (DRFC) members. If clubs would like to participate in Rotary grant programs—namely District Grants, Global Grants, and other TRF programs—they must fulfill the Club Qualification criteria. The requirements are that they:

  1. Have sent at least one representative to attend The Grant Management Seminar in the previous Rotary Year (2025/26).
  2. Have signed and submitted the Memorandum of Understanding and the Financial Management Plan before 30 June 2026.
  3. Completed online applications correctly and fulfilled the Every Rotarian, Every Year (EREY) requirement.
  4. Set up and maintained a separate bank account specifically for grant funds.

Note: It is strongly recommended that clubs submit applications at least one week prior to the closing date to avoid technical issues or last-minute system congestion.

To assist Rotary Clubs in planning ahead, please note the following key deadlines:

For this Rotary Year, District Governor Jimmy Lau has set a fundraising goal of US$1,000,000 combined across the Annual Fund, PolioPlus Fund, and Endowment Fund.

Rotarians are invited to support this worthy cause to help change lives both locally and globally. Your contribution makes a significant difference to our district—approximately half of your donation to the Annual Fund returns to District 3450 three years later to support future grant projects.
